Kameesha came highly recommended by a dear friend (college roommate). She provided exceptional support, guidance and care to my brother and I as we maneuvered our Estate (home) sale. She was patient and very professional with answering our questions and guiding us through the process of selling an Estate property as this was our childhood home. She communicated next steps and always voluntarily provided routine updates. She has a large network of professionals that offer services that were aligned with our realty needs from cleaning crews, furniture removal and even advising on “ how-to” manage utility cancellations , which was very convenient especially since we coordinated and scheduled our services remotely. She was available never missing a step. On occasion she even provided updates through her realty assistant In the end we had several offers (16) for our property, which we never dreamed of. She initially told us it would probably unfold in that manner and she was right.
